The Canadian customs system changes on May 13th.
To avoid delays in receiving your orders from Italy, please register with CARM before May, and Select DHL and FedEx to handle documentation, duties, taxes, and other requirements on your behalf.
To register your business follow these simple steps:
- Log in to the CARM client portal before May 2024. When you log in for the first time, you will be able to set up your profile and business account. The first person to link their personal profile to a business account becomes the business account manager (BMA) for your Company.
Choose from one of these two options to access the CARM Client Portal:
Use the same sign-in information you use for other online services (for example, online banking).
Sign-in with a GCKey user ID and password.
2. Authorize DHL Express Canada and FedEx to clear your imports into Canada.
3. Select a method of payment for your customs taxes.
